Press CM-100

The press CM-100 was developed by a closure manufacturer with outstanding mechanical engineering experience and has proven itself many times in the production of metal closures. In many cases, the presses produce the cups, which are then completed by other well-known sealing machines into closures, such as Roll-On, including  long ’neck’ types, Twist Off, Crowns etc.

The compact design, made possible by a well-thought-out underdrive, is very service-friendly, no lubricants above the ‘tin line’ and thus no contamination of the products is possible. The majority of parts are commercially available – no over-charged spare parts and waiting times for them.

A double stack sheet feeder allows for instant change over to other prints and non-stop operation. No-void sheet feeding adds to the no void stamping. Efficiency rating is normally above 90%.
